One Day Until Transfer Portal Closes: Who is Staying at Pitt As of Now?

The transfer portal will close at midnight on April 22, marking the end of a 30-day free-for-all in men’s college basketball.
Players of all NCAA levels and years have been able to enter the portal (and retain immediate eligibility next season) for the past 30 days. Following the 22nd, only players who go through a coaching change will be able to enter their name into the portal.
Let’s take a look at which players opted to stick with Pitt and not enter their name into the transfer portal this window so far. *Note: Players are required to submit their paperwork by midnight on April 22 in order to retain immediate eligibility for next season. There is a possibility that some of these players can submit the paperwork on the final day and be officially entered into the portal in the coming days.
CAM CORHEN – FORWARD – SENIOR
Corhen, a 6-foot-10 forward, averaged 11 points and 5.2 rebounds per game for the Panthers as a junior. The Allen, Texas native played in 32 games and played an average of 28.3 minutes per game, a career high. He previously played at Florida State before his first season in Pittsburgh.
AMDY NDIAYE – FORWARD – SOPHOMORE
Ndiaye played sparingly as a rookie at Pitt, appearing in eight games for a total of 22 minutes. He went 1 for 3 from the field in his limited action. The 6-foot-10 forward from Dakar, Senegal played high-school ball for Putnam Science Academy before coming to Pittsburgh.
BEEBAH CUMMINGS – GUARD – SOPHOMORE
Cummings, a 6-foot-3 guard, averaged 6.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per game as a freshman at Pitt. He played in 31 games, averaging 16 minutes of action per contest. Cummings shot 38% from three as one of the team’s best three-point shooting options once Damian Dunn battled injuries.
