Four Star, Former Pitt Target Available Again After De-Commitment

A former Pitt basketball target is back available after de-committing from Washington.
Niko Bundalo, a four-star prospect, de-committed on Tuesday.
Pitt offered Bundalo on July 9, 2023, and then made his initial top list after he added a plethora of high-major offers to his list last year. Bundalo took an unofficial visit to Pitt on Aug. 26, 2023. He then narrowed his list down to Pitt, Kentucky, North Carolina, UConn, Ohio State, Michigan State, Xavier, and Texas, and after, even added Kansas into consideration.
Eventually, Bundalo cut his list to UConn, Ohio State, Michigan State, and North Carolina, before eventually choosing Washington, which wasn’t even in his list.
Bundalo is ranked as a four-star prospect and the No. 31 prospect in the country according to the 247 Sports Composite rankings. He is a 6-foot-10 forward.
Pitt brought in one commitment in the 2025 class: Omari Witherspoon out of Washington D.C.
Pitt does not have any commitments locked up in the class of 2026. The Panthers brought in just one high-school player in the class of 2025, adding Omari Witherspoon out of Washington, D.C. to the roster for this upcoming season.
In other HS recruiting news, Pitt was reportedly in for the No. 1 player in PA on Monday, Luca Foster.
