The Pitt football program certainly knows the feeling of having other programs extend an offer and actively pursue players that have already given them a commitment.

Players flipping their commitment has been happening forever and will happen more now that we’re in the NIL era of recruiting.

Well, Pitt has now done it as they’ve extended an offer to a player that’s already given a verbal commitment to another program.
