Faye recently earned First Team All-ACC honors after averaging 19 points and 10.2 rebounds per game. Faye shot 48% from the field this year.
“Thank you to the University of Pittsburgh with all my heart,” Faye said in a release from Pit. “I came to this wonderful city not knowing what to expect. Little did I know, the amazing people, staff, teammates and friends I would be surrounded with.”

This last year was Faye’s fifth season in college basketball. She began her career in Lubbock, Texas playing for Texas Tech. After spending two seasons there, she transferred over to Austin, Texas to play for the Texas Longhorns. There, she started 34 games across two seasons and averaged between five and six points per game in both of her two seasons. Faye then transferred to Pitt before this year, and has starred for Tory Verdi’s squad. She led the team to a 4-4 finish in ACC play, qualifying for this year’s ACC Tournament as the No. 15 team in the league out of the conference’s 18 teams.
In January, Faye had one of the best games of the year, delivering a tremendous 17-point, ten-rebound, eight-block game.
