In a video posted to Pitt's twitter account, a staffer interviewed Nojus Indrusaitis, asking him about his personal interests and more.

Pitt basketball welcomed in four transfers this offseason, adding Nojus Indrusaitis, Dishon Jackson, Barry Dunning Jr., and Damarco Minor.

Now that the players are beginning to arrive in campus for summer workouts, the Panthers’ social media team has been introducing its new players through social media. The latest player has been Indrusaitis.

In a video posted to Pitt’s twitter account, a staffer interviewed Indrusaitis, asking him about his personal interests and more. Check out the interview below.

Indrusaitis, a 6-foot-5 wing, left Iowa State after one season. Indrusaitis averaged just 2.1 points per game in his rookie season, playing a minimal role for the Cyclones. However, he was a highly-touted recruit just one season ago.

Indrusaitis, who spent his high-school years in the Chicago area, was ranked as the No. 96 player and a four-star prospect in the class of 2024 before going to Iowa State. He played for Meanstreets EYBL and also competed for Saint Rita High School in Chicago before going to Brewster Academy.

Pitt’s current back court for this upcoming year includes the following players: Omari Witherspoon, Beebah Cummings, Damarco Minor, and Indrusaitis. Witherspoon is the lone freshman of the group, coming from Washington D.C. to join the Panthers.

Cummings, a 6-foot-3 guard, averaged 6.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per game as a freshman at Pitt. He played in 31 games, averaging 16 minutes of action per contest. Cummings shot 38% from three as one of the team’s best three-point shooting options once Damian Dunn battled injuries.
