**While Pitt hosted 2026 official visitors this weekend, a 2027 prospect was on campus for an unofficial visit and walked away with an offer. Alijah Jones — a 6-foot-4, 285-pound offensive lineman out of Monroe High School in Rochester, N.Y. — picked up an offer Sunday from Jeremy Darveau.
Jones is starting to put together a solid offer sheet with Pitt, Florida, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Akron, UMass and Delaware State all offering.

Update (3:20 PM)-
**Coming on the heels of a busy official visit weekend, the Pitt coaching staff is staying active on the recruiting trail, but this time offering recruits in classes further down the road. On Sunday, Ryan Manalac extended an offer to 2027 wide receiver Austin Busso out of Bergen Catholic High School in New Jersey.
The 6-foot, 185-pound talent holds offers from Syracuse, West Virginia, Temple, Central Michigan, Bowling Green and Liberty.
