Stay updated on all the news and notes of the day concerning Pitt, Duquesne, Robert Morris and the WPIAL in the PSN Recruiting Notebook.

UPDATE (9:05 PM)-

**2019 PG Dereon Seabron, who just received the offer from Pitt this week, puts the Panthers in his Top 5.

UPDATE (7:16 PM)-

**Central Catholic 2020 DE AJ Beatty will be visiting Miami, Ohio tomorrow.

**Central Catholic 2020 DE Amaar Allen picks up an offer from Ball State.

**Pitt linebacker Leslie Smith has arrived in Pittsburgh for his official visit.

UPDATE (2:00 PM)-

**Penn Hills 2019 safety Corey Thomas received an offer today from Akron. 247 Sports rates Thomas a 3-star recruit with offers from Toledo, Buffalo, Bowling Green, Ball State, Robert Morris and Indiana.

UPDATE (1:26 PM)-

**Last month, Pat Narduzzi and Rob Harley made an in-home visit to 2019 TE Brett Seither from Clearwater, Florida. They tried to get him to make an official visit prior to the December 19 National Signing Day.

They were attempting to get him as the tight end in this year’s class. A month later, other teams are now seeing what Pitt liked in this prospect because his recruitment has blown up in the last 2 days.

Yesterday, the 3-star tight end received offers from Syracuse and Georgia. Today, Seither received an offer from Nick Saban and Alabama.

Yesterday, PSN texted Seither prior to these 3 offers and he told me that he was still considering Pitt along with other schools for his last official visit.  With offers from Alabama and Georgia, I’m guessing that visit isn’t likely.

UPDATE (11:30 AM)-

**Today, Penn Hills 2020 safety Aakeem Snell picked up an offer from Toledo. Snell also holds offers from Howard and William & Mary. Look for Snell to be a highly rated recruit this coming season. Big-time athlete.

UPDATE (11:02 AM)-

**Future Pitt defensive end Nate Temple is making his official visit to Pitt this weekend.

UPDATE (8:20 AM)-

**Big weekend for Pitt, as Aliquippa 4-star cornerback MJ Devonshire makes his official visit. Next weekend, he’ll be at Ohio State for his official there. At this point, it appears to be down to those two schools.
