Poll: Should Pitt Schedule West Virginia in 2020?

Should we see the revival of the Backyard Brawl in 2020?

The ACC announced on Wednesday that each team will play 10 conference games and one non-conference game during a modified 2020 schedule.

The question now is who will that one non-conference opponent be?

Our Alan Saunders is reporting that Miami, Ohio is a possibility, as the two programs were already scheduled to play.

Here’s a hypothetical, why not try and schedule a game with West Virginia? The Mountaineers have lost their two big non-conference games against Florida State and Maryland. The two long-time rivals are scheduled to resume The Backyard Brawl in 2022, why not get a game in earlier than originally scheduled?

One of the obvious issues for Pitt would be adding another quality opponent to a now very challenging conference schedule of Clemson, Notre Dame, Miami (FL), Florida State and Virginia Tech.

Our PSN Poll Question is, if it’s possible, would you like to see Pitt schedule West Virginia this season as their one non-conference game?
