WATCH: Pitt OC Kade Bell Details QB Situation, Offense Ahead of Opener

PITTSBURGH — Pitt football is just days away from it’s season opener against Kent State on Aug. 31 and the country will get its first taste of the new offense established by offensive coordinator Kade Bell.
On Wednesday, Bell took the podium to detail Pitt’s offense from the quarterback situation to the comfortability in the new system.
Pitt will enter the season opener with Nate Yarnell and Eli Holstein at the quarterback position splitting snaps. Bell shared his sentiments on how both signal callers are effective and have built a competitive edge.
Bell further discussed the skill positions and captains Konata Mumpfield, Gavin Bartholomew, along with other key pieces of the offense in running backs Desmond Reid, Derrick Davis Jr., Kenny Johnson and more.
