UPDATE (8:33 PM)-

**The second Power 5 offer of the day for North Allegheny 2021 athlete Khalil Dinkins. Earlier today, Dinkins received one from Penn State.


UPDATE 7:15 PM:

**Class of 2021 Central Valley quarterback Ameer Dudley visited Penn for junior day on Saturday.

Dudley holds offers to Bethune-Cookman, Central Michigan and William & Mary.

UPDATE 7:10 PM:

**The Penn State staff was busy in the WPIAL on Saturday. Minutes after North Allegheny WR/LB Khalil Dinkins announced his offer from the Nittany Lions, Peters Township safety Donovan McMillon received one as well.

McMillon, a 6-foot-2, 185-pound safety, already holds major conference offers from Michigan, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Pitt, Purdue, Syracuse, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

UPDATE 7:00 PM:

**Pitt continues its run of quarterback offers, this one to a junior from one of the Panthers’ emerging recruiting territories.

Pitt has extended an offer to 2021 quarterback Hampton Fay from All Saints Episcopal in Fort Worth, Texas.

Fay is a 6-foot-5, 210-pound dual-threat quarterback that has offers from Colorado, Houston, Illinois and Liberty.

UPDATE 6:50 PM:

**Khalil Dinkins has his fifth Power Five offer and it’s a big one. The 6-foot-4, 207 pound North Allegheny wide receiver and outside linebacker received an offer from Penn State coaches James Franklin, Terry Smith and Brent Pry.

Dinkins also has Power Five offers to Boston College, Michigan Syracuse, and Virginia.
