Today, Yardbarker announced that the Pitt football program is one of the top football programs in the country when it comes to getting players to the NFL.
The Panthers were ranked sixth, ahead of programs like Penn State, Notre Dame and Texas.
We’re familiar with the recent names of Tyler Boyd, Aaron Donald and Tom Savage but as you examine past draft board over the last 15 games, there’s been a lot more Panthers than you think.
To prove that point, we decided to go back over the last 15 years and come up with a starting NFL offense and defense comprised of former Pitt Panthers. We’ll include a couple of the Panthers that will get drafted this coming weekend.
