**Aside from getting a couple of commitments today, Pitt also offered a 2019 quarterback. Garrett Shrader (6-5, 190) from Charlotte, North Carolina picked up the offer. Shrader also has early offers from East Carolina and Louisville.

**This running back from Virginia received a Pitt offer last week and is really starting to blow up.

Lackawanna C.C. offensive tackle Chase Brown visited Pitt yesterday and it sounds like things went very well for both sides. Brown tells PSN, “It went great. I loved the school and the facilities. I liked how they run everything and I like the coaching staff. They really want me to come there and they think I can help them out if I do. I’d say they are my number one school right now.”

New Jersey linebacker Nick DeNucci told PSN this morning that he’ll be visiting Pitt in 3 weeks. DeNucci holds a Pitt offer and also has ones from Boston College, Louisville, Maryland, Navy, Duke, Wake Forest, Purdue, Rutgers, Syracuse and West Virginia.

**Congragulations to East Allegheny tight end TJ Banks who’s been moved to a 4-star recruit by Rivals. Banks is a heavy target of Pitt and someone that I think are in a good position to land.

UPDATE (8:04 PM)-

**Pitt with an offer tonight to a 2018 athlete from Florida.  Fa’Najae Gotay (6-0, 205) from Fort Myers received the offer. Gotay also holds offers from Arizona, Iowa State, Louisville, Maryland, NC State, Syracuse and Washington State.
