Beaver’s Bryce Ramer Decommits From Virginia

Week 4 of Beaver County High School Football on Pittsburgh Sports Now is made possible by Vocelli’s Pizza, State Representative Rob Matzie and The Printing Press.

Up until last night, Beaver star defensive lineman Bryce Ramer planned on playing his college football for Virginia.

However, Ramer’s future college changed Tuesday night when he decided to de-commit from the Cavaliers. PSN tried to reach a Ramer for a comment but was unsuccessful.

Ramer (6-5, 300) originally gave Virginia a commitment back on July 18. Due to that early commitment, many teams backed off of recruiting Ramer so it’ll be interesting to see who approaches him now.

PSN has learned that following his de-commitment last night, both Pitt and Penn State both reached out to Ramer on Tuesday evening.

Ramer’s future recruitment is a story we’ll continue to follow here on PSN.
