Insider Access: RMU Head Coach Andy Toole

MOON TWP., Pa. — Robert Morris head coach Andy Toole is entering his ninth season, but in many ways, he’s still building his program, some literally, as construction of the UMPC Events Center on campus is continuing on track for a mid-season opening.

There’s also the usual year-to-year grind of a mid-major rebuilding from departures. The Colonials have been practicing at the new North Athletic Complex while the new arena is under construction. I caught up with Toole in his temporary office to discuss the Colonials’ summer and future outlook.
