Die-Hards: Pitt Loses Koontz, What’s Next?
Travis Koontz is now a free agent after decommitting from Pitt and re-opening up his recruitment.
Pitt now sits at 17 players in their Class of 2019.
They lose a tight end in Koontz but still have New Jersey Jason Collier, who has the athletic ability to play either tight end or tackle.
The question now is how will Pitt look to replace Koontz if he decides to not re-commit, which is still a possibility.
