Pat Narduzzi might not be done adding to his 2020 roster as Friday night, they extended an offer to a graduate transfer.

Offensive tackle Keldrick Wilson (6-foot-5, 300 pounds) from Hampton University received an offer from offensive line coach Dave Borbely. Wilson is eligible immediately and has one season of eligibility remaining.

After entering the transfer portal, Wilson also received offers from Indiana and West Virginia and planned on visiting both schools prior to coronavirus pandemic. Before the NCAA banned in-person recruiting visits, Wilson traveled to Georgia State and Liberty. If he follows through with visits to Indiana and West Virginia, Wilson would have one official visit left to take.

Sophomore Carter Warren is returning as Pitt’s left tackle but there will be a battle between Gabe Houy and Grant Carrigan for the job at right tackle.

Pittsburgh Sports Now caught up with Wilson after he got the news from Pitt to get his reaction and future plans.

”Coach Wilbert called me first and told me he watched like five plays and instantly loved my game,” said Wilson. “He sent it to Coach Borbs  (Borbely) and like two hours later I get a call from Coach Borbs. We were on the phone for almost an hour talking about school, football and at the end he offered me.”

Wilson says while he has interest in Pitt, it’s too early to decide if he’ll visit because of the coronavirus.
