“Recently, I was diagnosed with cancer in its earliest stages, have had surgery, and am recovering while I mentally prepare for the treatment that follow. I appreciate all of the love and support I have been getting. This is just another obstacle that I will get through.”

The Duquesne women’s basketball Twitter account quote tweeted Serafimoska’s post, “Together We Fight.”

Serafimoska is a redshirt freshman for the Dukes and a native of Gostivar, Macedonia. Serafimoska appeared in nine games for the Dukes in 2021-22, averaging 5.2 minutes per game and scoring four points.
