It’s been an informative summer for Pitt football.
The depth chart has changed on a near daily basis, key positions have been decided over the course of just about four weeks of training camp at the UMPC Rooney Sports Complex and Pitt is in a very good place.
There is depth across the roster. The offensive and defensive line could trout out ‘second’ units that would start elsewhere. It’s key to build that depth in the trenches, but Pitt has tons of talent at the offense and defensive skill positions too.
It feels cliche to say, but if there’s a true weakness on the roster now, it’s difficult to pinpoint. Of course, the defense will be tested by the strong-armed quarterbacks, and the offense will need to truly establish an identity, but Pitt has built a roster without any true holes.
So, how has the last month of camp impacted Pitt’s depth chart?
