**Robert Morris men’s basketball has extended an offer to 2024 6’5″ shooting guard Troy McKoy, Jr. from Massanutten Military Academy in Windsor, Connecticut. McKoy holds other offers from South Carolina State, Mount St. Mary’s, Hampton and Sacred Heart.
