PITTSBURGH —Pitt basketball will begin their season on Monday, Nov. 6, as they take on North Carolina A&T at 7 p.m. at the Petersen Events Center.
Forward duo in sophomore Guillermo Diaz Graham and High Point transfer redshirt junior Zack Austin spoke to members of the media at the Petersen Events Center Friday afternoon on the preparation for that matchup.
Diaz Graham spoke about his twin brother, Jorge, and how they’ve both grown in preseason, while Austin talked about his previous history with NC A&T and what to expect from them on Monday. Austin also spoke on the Oakland Zoo and his excitement to see the student section out in full support. The duo also talked about the exhibition win over Pitt-Johnstown on Wednesday and what they learned about themselves in that victory.
