We’re 24 hours away from “The Decision II” here in Western Pennsylvania. Where will Clairton 5-star cornerback Lamont Wade decide to play college football?
The finalists for Wade are Pitt, Penn State, West Virginia, Tennessee and UCLA. Although Wade still claims to be deciding, the smart money would have to be on James Franklin and Penn State. It’s been speculated for awhile that the Clairton star is a heavy lean towards Penn State.
Yesterday, 247 Sports had a story that stated Wade’s final two are Penn State and West Virginia, not Pitt, which if true, is somewhat surprising.

However, Pitt fans aren’t going down without a fight and have put up a strong Twitter campaign for Wade to stay home and star at Pitt. In the end, I’m not sure how much influence this will have on Wade but it’s a sign of how much Panther fans want him.
Here are done of the better tweets that have been posted.

Only a couple of people probably really know where Wade is headed but many great programs across the country including Pat Narduzzi and his assistants, tried hard over the last 2-3 years to recruit him. Tomorrow, we’ll find out which program stuck out the most to Clairton’s Lamont Wade.
