UPDATE (8:01 PM)-

**Tonight I confirmed with Nathan Proctor’s head coach that the 4-star linebacker has narrowed his long list of schools to 3: Pitt, Penn State and Virginia Tech. The tentative plan is for Proctor to make his decision at the All-American Game on January 1 but that could change. I thought that Florida would be one of his finalists but they’re not. Will Pitt be it on decision day?

**Spoke briefly with one of the defensive ends that holds an offer from Pitt. North Carolina’s Zion Debose recently picked up an offer from Virginia Tech but those two schools are trailing another team. Debose tells me that right now Missouri is #1 and it could be tough for any school to top them. Debose still plans on making his official visit on January 20th.
