Pat Narduzzi and Pitt received a nice stocking stuffer yesterday with the news that they’re a finalist for a top talent in Florida.

Dominick Watt from Miramar High School in Hollywood, Florida released his top six and it included Pitt.

Watt (6-foot-1, 190 pounds) is rated as a 4-star athlete and the #44 wide receiver in the nation. Although he’s ranked as a receiver, Watt is talented enough that he could play safety in college.

Aside from these six finalists, Watt also received offers from Wisconsin, West Virginia, Oregon, Michigan State, Georgia, Florida, Auburn, Mississippi State and Tennessee.

This is an intriguing development for Pitt and will be interesting to see if the Panthers can get one of Watt’s official visits in January.

Although Pitt has limited scholarships available, Watt is a talent that they would find room to get into their Class of 2018.
