Pitt volleyball swept Boston College on Sunday to extend the Panthers unbeaten streak to 17 straight games to start the 2018 season.

The No. 8 Panthers improved to 17-0 on the season and 6-0 in ACC play by winning in straight sets, 25-22, 25-22 and 25-21.

Sophomore outside hitter Kayla Lund had 14 kills, junior right side Nika Markovic had 10 and redshirt junior outside hitter Stephanie Williams had nine while leading the team with 11 digs.

The Panthers will host North Dakota at the Field House on Tuesday at 7 p.m. before returning to conference play next weekend with a two-match road trip. Pitt will visit North Carolina on Fri., Oct. 12 and NC State on Sun., Oct. 14.
