PITTSBURGH — Pitt center Jimmy Morrissey and quarterback Kenny Pickett spoke with the media on Wednesday after practice as the Panthers prepare to start the 2019 season with a stern Coastal Division test in the Virginia Cavaliers this Saturday at Heinz Field.
Pitt will be battling the preseason Coastal favorites with a new offense under first-year coordinator Mark Whipple and a revamped line, with four new starters surrounding Morrissey.
But the Panthers are confident, thanks to the experience and past success of their veteran coordinator.
