Twitter Reaction to Pitt’s Season-Opening Win over Florida State
Jeff Capel is turning around the Pitt basketball program and tonight we saw ample evidence of that as they fought to defeat Florida State, 63-61 in the season opener. The defense played well throughout the game and they found some offensive flow in the second half and got contributions from everyone.
As you’d imagine, the reaction on Twitter was very positive.
With tonight's win against Florida State, Pitt has an above-.500 ACC record for the first time since March 2016
