Really good programs are defined as ones that consistently win year in and year out and that’s what the Robert Morris women’s basketball has developed into.
Charlie Buscaglia’s team defeated Fairleigh Dickinson on Sunday which improved their record to 20-7, which gives the Colonials their fifth consecutive 20-win season. This also marks the 13th time in program history that they’ve achieved the 20-win plateau.
Big picture this was also an important win for Buscaglia’s team because it puts them in position for one of their preseason goals. With a win next Monday at Mount St. Mary’s, Robert Morris will win their 4th consecutive NEC regular season title and will earn top seed in the NEC Tournament.
