PITTSBURGH — Micky Phillippi has won his second straight ACC title at 133 pounds, defeating North Carolina’s Jaime Hernandez in the 2020 ACC Championships at Petersen Events Center.

Phillippi, who won, 6-3, was the aggressor throughout, taking down Hernandez three times, while being taken down just once. Hernandez hit a single in the match’s final moments, but Phillippi was able to count out the victory on one leg without being taken down.
