Die-Hards: Could Pitt Be Interested In Adding A Transfer Running Back?

Published

on

Despite college football being on a virtual lockdown due to the threat of the coronavirus, the Pitt football coaches are still working behind the scenes to improve their team for the future.

Coaches are still permitted to reach out to potential recruits and of course any players that are still available in the transfer portal.

Despite having a lot of options, the Pitt 2020 running back situation is still a bit of a question because a go-to back never emerged last season. As of now, Vincent Davis and A.J. Davis appear to be the top two options but there’s a lot of time between now and the opener in September.

Pitt is currently one under the scholarship limit which means they have the ability to still bring in a graduate transfer, which is something Pat Narduzzi might be looking to do.
