Virginia wide receiver Myles Alston committed to Pitt on Monday, becoming the seventh player to give his verbal pledge to Pat Narduzzi for the Class of 2021.
Alston, a 6-foot-2, 175-pound athlete from Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is a consensus three-star prospect, the No. 55 athlete in the country and the No. 20 player in the state of Virginia, according to 247 Sports Composite ranking.
He chose the Panthers out of a top seven of Appalachian State, Liberty, Maryland, Ole Miss, Pitt, Virginia and Wake Forest.
Alston also held offers from Air Force, Charlotte, East Carolina, UMass, Navy, North Carolina, Old Dominion, South Carolina, Temple, and Virginia Tech from consideration.
