**Freshman quarterback William Watson III from Springfield Central High School in Springfield, Massachusetts receives an offer today from Pitt. Watson (6’0″, 170), who’s a dual-threat quarterback, also holds offers from Boston College, UMass, Michigan and Tennessee. Watson received the offer from Mark Whipple.
