Die-Hards: Plenty Of DB Targets Still Left, Another Commitment Coming?

Published

on

Noah Biglow became Pitt’s 11th commitment in the last 36 days when he flipped from Iowa State on Thursday, giving the Panthers 14 total for their Class of 2021.

When breaking down the 14 verbals, Nine have been on the offensive side of the ball and five have been defensive. Biglow became the second defensive back and the first cornerback.

Considering Pitt will likely only take about six more players, it’s a good bet that a majority of the remaining commitments will be from defensive players. In fact, it would not be surprising for Pitt to bring in two or three more defensive backs.

Trying to determine who exactly those players might be isn’t easy because, as Pittsburgh Sports Now has been reporting, Pitt is seriously involved with a number of quality cornerbacks and safeties.

Here’s our best guess on the players you should watch and another 2021 commitment that could be coming as soon as today.
