Pitt 2021 Target Central Catholic DT Elliot Donald Sets Decision Date

Pat Narduzzi was able to land his top 2021 defensive end target when Nahki Johnson committed to pick a year ago, back on June 25, 2019.

Will the Panthers be able to land their #1 defensive tackle target and one of the top overall players on their 2021 recruiting board?

The answer to that question will come a week from today was Central Catholic 4-star DT Elliot Donald has announced that he’ll be making his college decision a week from today, July 24.

Since announcing a Top 8 of Texas A&M, Notre Dame, West Virginia, Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan, LSU and Pitt, Donald has kept very quiet in terms of his recruitment.

If Pitt is able to win this recruiting battle, it would be the second year in a row they’ve landed the top defensive lineman in Pennsylvania, as last year Westinghouse 4-star defensive end Dayon Hayes stayed home.

The Panthers future defensive line could be heavy in highly rated Western PA talent with Donald, 4-star DE Dayon Hayes and 4-star DE Nahki Johnson.

All eyes will be on Twitter next Friday as Elliot Donald makes his long-awaited decision.
