First, Pitt got Kenny Pickett back, as the senior starting quarterback returned to practice this week before the Panthers traveled to Tallahassee, Florida to face Florida State while on a four-game losing streak.

There, the Panthers got their “swag back,” according to freshman linebacker SirVocea Dennis. Pitt sacked Florida State quarterbacks seven times and intercepted them three more as the defense pitched a second-half shutout in a 41-17 rout.

Nice game, especially overcoming adversity and coming from behind.
D was super in second half. We used all our resources. Lots of people making plays.
Having Patti in shotgun was very smart. He could use his speed and strength. Pick his hole. When placed up on center that advantage was lost. That play relies on rbs pushing him into endzone. Why not have a guard pull and push him from behind in that set?
Hail to Pitt!!

Yes, and did it seem like our D played more zone blitzing? Were our D backs finally getting more help in coverage? finally! I hated how we do the same thing on offense when we were ahead. Run up the middle 2x then throw 2 yard passes, WTF!!! We will never beat good teams playing that way. Whipple needs to go and get someone in this century. Great win though. H2P!!!

Yes. A week to rest and recover. You know like the ACC wants all teams to have 2 weeks of during the season. I guess that explains why Pitt next week off to recover is after the regular season. Pitt should have told the ACCtobshove their schedule up their ass
