Last year: Camp played in just six games in 2020, with a variety of issues. He missed the season opener while in COVID-19 protocol and then was held out of losses to Boston College and Miami with an upper-body injury. Camp also did not play at Florida State or Georgia Tech for unknown reasons.
Stats: Camp recorded six tackles in 2020. Overall, he has 40 tackles, 2.5 sacks and four tackles for loss in 25 college games.
Camp outlook: With Rashad Weaver and Patrick Jones II gone to the NFL, Camp is the grizzled veteran on the defensive line, one of the few remaining members of Pat Narduzzi’s original recruiting class.
Projected role: When heathy, Camp has started on the inside for most of his career. He will again if he can stay on the field, but that’s been a challenge. He suffered season-ending injuries in 2018 and 2019.
Accolades, highlights: Named to the Senior Bowl Top 250 watch list ahead of the 2020 season.
