Sandhu is a 7-foot, 260-pound center in the class of 2022, who is originally from India. The big man used to play for the NBA Academy India program, and in October of 2020 he made the move over to First Love, which has been home to many of Pennsylvania’s division one exports over the past few years.
According to a story done by NBA.com, with the transition to First Love, Sandhu became just the third Indian male teen from the NBA Academy India program to head to the United States and play on scholarship. There, he joins fellow NBA Academy India alum Pranav Prince on a First Love team that is looking for lots of success in this upcoming 2021-22 season.
