Pitt’s Cal Adomitis Named to Mannelly Award Watch List

Pitt’s Cal Adomitis was one of the best long snappers in college football and that was recognized on Monday.
The senior from Central Catholic High School was named to the preseason watch list for the Patrick Mannelly Award, which is given to the best long snapper in college football.
Adomitis received an invite to play in last year’s Senior Bowl but declined in order to return to play another season of college football for his hometown school. Adomitis has been consistent and reliable for Pat Narduzzi as he’s played 50 consecutive games as Pitt’s long snapper (field goals, extra points and punts).
In addition to this award, Adomitis has also been named to the Wuerffel Trophy Watch List and is a Phil Steele preseason All-American.
The people get what the people want! Time for some SPECIAL TEAMS RANKINGS. Here we go! First up, long snappers! Here are the baddest dudes in the #ACCpitt.
