Updated WPIAL Brackets after First-Round Games

There were plenty of upsets in the first round of the WPIAL playoffs on Friday night, including in Beaver, where the No. 10 Laurel Highlands Mustangs prevailed over the Bobcats, and at North Hills, where the visiting N0. 11 Peters Township Indians earned a win.

Elsewhere in the WPIAL, East Allegheny, Fox Chapel, Keystone Oaks, Mohawk, New Brighton, New Castle, OLSH, Shenango, Springdale and Woodland Hills won as the lower-seeded teams in the first round.
