**Congrats to Central Catholic sophomore wide receiver Peter Gonzalez, the son of former Pitt quarterback Pete Gonzalez. Today, he received his first Power Five offer, which came from Wisconsin. Gonzalez received the offer from former Pitt great and current Badgers assistant Hank Poteat.

*In the last 24 hours, Boston College has extended offers to three elite players from Western PA: Central Catholic 2024 linebacker Anthony Speca, Brashear 2023 4-star linebacker Ta’Mere Robinson and Belle Vernon 2024 4-star athlete Quinton Martin.

**First offer of the day from Pitt goes to 2023 3-star defensive end Calvin Smith from Ocoee, Florida. Smith received the offer from Tim Salem and also holds offers from Cincinnati, Florida Atlantic, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Iowa State, Marshall, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

**Pitt extends a PWO opportunity to senior offensive lineman Ben Hartman from Milton High School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Hartman made an unofficial GameDay visit to Pitt for their game this season against Virginia.
