**On Tuesday evening, Pitt extended an offer to 2024 4-star wide receiver J.J. Harrell from North Panola High School in Sardis, Mississippi. Harrell (6’0″, 187-pounds) is ranked by 247Sports as one of the Top 200 players in the Class of 2024. Harrell holds Power Five offers from Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Louisville, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, Texas A&M and Texas Tech. Harrell’s recruitment opened back up after decommitting from Tennessee a couple of days ago.
