The Pitt football program has filled another vacancy in their 2026 non-conference schedule.
FBSchedules.com is reporting that Pitt will take on Miami (Ohio) during the 2026 college football season.
You might member that these two schools were scheduled to play back in 2020 but that game was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a copy of an amendment that was obtained from Miami University via a state public records request from FBSchedules, this game will take place on September 5th and Pitt will be paying a $1.1 million guaranteed to Miami for playing this game.
With games now with Miami (OH) and Wisconsin, Pitt still has two openings in their 2026 non-conference schedule.

Maybe Stanford or Cal can fill a slot

That’s a doable schedule. If boob recruits some playas they could roll that schedule to a double digit 10+ wins. Just add a couple more Rent-A-Wins like Ped State or Ohio State does.
