Blake Hinson’s stellar senior season has been recognized by many around the nation throughout this year.

Now, he is being recognized by the Atlantic Coast Conference for his elite play in the league this year. On Monday, the conference announced that Hinson was a member of the 1st Team All-ACC squad, along with RJ Davis (UNC), PJ Hall (Clemson), Kyle Filipowski (Duke), and Hunter Sallis (Wake Forest).

Hinson received the fifth-most votes in the league’s voting, behind the four listed above.

The 6-foot-8 forward averaged a career-high 18.8 points per game this season along with 4.6 rebounds. Hinson hit 106 three pointers on the season, hitting 42% of his shots from beyond the arch. The Deltona, Florida native has scored more than 20 points 14 different times this year, and set a season-high with 41 points in a recent win over Louisville.

Hinson set numerous records for the Panthers this season, including the most three pointers in a season and the most three pointers in a game (9 against West Virginia). Hinson was named Preseason Second Team All-ACC before the year began.

Beat WF and get a rematch with UNC. Saturday NC St. attempted what RJ Davis did in the January game against Pitt, put a smaller guard on Hinson. Difference, Hinson took the smaller guard inside immediately. He didn’t attempt that is the January. Gotta beat Wake Forest first.

Why to go Blake💪
PITT will handle WK, they done it before
Looking more forward to rematch with UNC
We beat them twice last season, so Capel
knows how to handle UNC
