PITTSBURGH — Pitt football head coach Pat Narduzzi took to the podium on the South Side Friday afternoon to discuss the hiring of Athletic Director Allen Greene and his team’s upcoming matchup against Syracuse.
Narduzzi gave his thoughts on Greene and noted that he is a slam-dunk hire for the university. Narduzzi has known Greene for a few years now after getting paired together at a gold outing and the two have stayed in touch since.
After sharing some words on Greene, Narduzzi focused on Pitt football’s Thursday matchup with Syracuse. The tenth-year head coach gave props to Orange head coach Fran Brown and transfer quarterback Kyle McCord.
Narduzzi also discussed his team’s performance through six games, along with Eli Holstein’s outing against the California Golden Bears.
