Meleek Thomas has been dominant in his time with Overtime Elite this year.

The five-star prospect out of Pittsburgh is currently averaging 28 points per game, good for second in the OTE league. He is also averaging 5.1 assists and 8.6 rebounds per game. Thomas is playing 31 minutes per contest, and if we were looking at a per-40 stat sheet, Thomas would be averaging 36 points, 11 rebounds, and 6.6 assists per game.

On Jan. 4, Thomas exploded for 33 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and four steals against the Blue Checks. Check out Thomas’ full statistics here.

Back in November, Thomas committed to John Calipari and Arkansas in front of family and friends at a private event in Pittsburgh.

Five Star Meleek Thomas Officially Signs with Arkansas

He broke down the commitment with PSN afterwards.

“Just the love they showed,” Thomas told Pittsburgh Sports Now. “Continuing through the whole process, they showed love to my family, not only to me, but also to my family. Play style. They’re just big on me, so I’m big on them.”

Thomas has had a tight-knit relationship with Calipari since his early high-school days at Lincoln Park.

“I’ve had that relationship with Coach Cal for years now,” Thomas said. “It’s always just progressed, it never went down. He just showed love and makes me feel like I should be at Arkansas.”

Days later, he officially signed with the Razorbacks in Atlanta down at OTE’s facility.

“Thank you to Coach Cal, thank you to the Razorback family, thank you to all of the coaches and the staff for showing support since day one, being there for me,” Thomas said. “When I step on campus I’m going to return that energy. It’s going to be a great year, it’s going to be a fun time. With that being said, I’m going to sign to my school.”

Thomas is ranked as the No. 8 prospect in the 2025 class by 247 Sports’ Composite Rankings.

The highly-touted guard won back-to-back WPIAL and PIAA titles last high-school season as a sophomore and junior at Lincoln Park in Western Pennsylvania, averaging 22.7 points and 10.2 rebounds per game. He was a significant Pitt target since early in his high school career and has been to numerous games over the past few seasons alongside former teammate and current Pitt guard Brandin Cummings.
