Yesterday, PSN told you about 3 local players making unofficial visits to Duquesne. This morning, we talked to a talent evaluator to get a scouting report on those players.

Maceo Austin (Kennedy Catholic) 2019 SG– “Has a 6’11 wing span. Smooth, versatile guard who can play the 1-3 with ease. Has tricky handle, with great length. He can see the floor well, and is always in control. Shoots it well from three but needs more consistency in his shot.”

Manis Norman (Kennedy Catholic) 2019 G- “One if not the fastest/quickest point guards in the state. Runs the show for Kennedy Catholic and is very vocal. Gets to the rim with ease. Needs to work on his shot from the perimeter.

Isiah Warfield (Sewickley Academy) 2020– “The next big name out of Pittsburgh and has a great family history (cousins with the Jeters). One of the best defenders in the WPIAL and has grown 4 inches since June. Can play 1-4, handles and shoots it very well. Needs to continue to work on gaining weight and creating his own shot of the dribble.”
