North Allegheny CB Joey Porter Releases Top Five

Arguably Western Pennsylvania’s top 2019 recruit is closer to making his decision.

North Allegheny 4-star cornerback Joey Porter Jr. announced his Top Five schools and it included Pitt.

Tonight on Twitter, Porter released his Top Five, which consisted of Pitt, Penn State, LSU, Miami and Nebraska, in no order.

Pat Narduzzi is looking to add one more big-time defensive back to this class so Porter would meet that requirement.

Porter has been very private about his recruitment so it’s been difficult to find out any information.

Gameday atmosphere was something that Porter previously mentioned to PSN as a factor in his recruitment so if that’s still the case, I’d assume that Penn State and LSU would be his leaders.

PSN is attempting to reach Porter to get him to talk about each of these schools.
