PITTSBURGH — Pitt players will take a few days off after Christmas, returning home after practice on Friday and re-convening on Dec. 26 in El Paso.
With the time off for the holiday break, they’re treating this week as essentially a game week, and they’ve nearly finished installing the game plan to face an unfamiliar opponent in the Stanford Cardinal.
For the players that are returning in 2019, there’s also been time for self-reflection and self-improvement, while the seniors have already begun their preparations for their life after Pitt football.
