Pitt found out this morning that they’ve caught the eye of a high profile player that they’ve been recruiting.
2020 4-star wide receiver Marc Britt released a top 6 and it included the Panthers.
Britt (6’1”, 180) announced on Twitter that his Top 6 were (no order): Pitt, Miami, Alabama, LSU, Florida and Penn State.
It should be pointed out that Britt is a former Miami commit but decided to re-open his recruitment.
Following his announcement, PSN reached out to Britt and asked what he saw or heard from Pitt to land them in this grouping.
“Growing up, I always watched Pitt football. There was just something I always liked about them and I like how their offense work,” said Britt. “Coach Beatty is the coach I speak to, he’s cool and I like his recruiting style.”
So, is Pitt going to get a visit from this big-time talent?
“I don’t know the exact date but I will be visiting campus but I will keep you posted on that one.”
