Pitt quarterback Kenny Pickett has received some pretty prestigious news.
Pittsburgh Sports Now has learned that Pickett is one of 35 quarterbacks that has been invited to participate in the Manning Passing Academy.
The camp, which is in its 20th season, will take place from June 27-30 in Thibodaux, Louisiana. The Manning Passing Academy is the premiere off-season quarterback camp in the country.
Pickett and the other quarterbacks will spend 4 days working out and also acting as counselors to high school quarterbacks that will be attending.
Pickett will have the opportunity to practice with Peyton, Eli and Archie Manning. The benefits also include watching film, getting tips from the Manning’s on how they prepared, watched film and what their off-season consisted off in terms of workout and off the field work.
