The most newsworthy item from the Monday Pat Narduzzi press conference had nothing to do with Pitt football.
Narduzzi made headlines by saying that Notre Dame football should join the ACC as a full member and if not, the member ACC schools shouldn’t continue playing them in non-conference games.
Notre Dame has been a longtime non-conference opponent of the Panthers and helped to fill Heinz Field when they play in Pittsburgh. While other Notre Dame athletic programs play in the ACC, the football program has declined the invitation and instead chooses to play as an Independent.
Our PSN Poll question is do you agree with Narduzzi or do you disagree because of the many benefits of playing the Fighting Irish.
